About Radiant
Radiant is a radial and list menu launcher for macOS. By downloading, installing, or using Radiant, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.
Your License
Upon purchasing Radiant, you receive a lifetime license to use the software. This license is:
- Non-transferable: You cannot transfer your license to another person
- For personal use on your own Mac computers
License Restrictions
You agree not to:
- Distribute, sell, or share copies of the software
- Let others use your license key
- Use the software in ways that violate any laws
Free Trial
Radiant offers a 100-day free trial with full access to all features. This extended trial period allows you to thoroughly evaluate whether Radiant meets your needs before purchasing.
We recommend using the trial period to ensure Radiant works well with your workflow and the applications you use.
No Refunds
All purchases are final and non-refundable. With the 100-day free trial, you have ample opportunity to evaluate Radiant before purchasing. Please make sure Radiant meets your requirements during the trial period.
Updates
Your license includes all future updates to Radiant. Updates may include bug fixes, performance improvements, and new features.
System Requirements
To use Radiant, you need:
- macOS 14.0 (Sonoma) or later
- Accessibility permission granted in System Settings
Radiant requires Accessibility permission to monitor global shortcuts and send keystrokes for macros. This permission is used solely for app functionality.
No Warranty
Radiant is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee that the software will be error-free, uninterrupted, or compatible with all macOS applications. Use the free trial to verify compatibility with your system.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of Radiant. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the license.
Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page indicates when the terms were last modified. Continued use of Radiant after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
Termination
We may terminate your license if you violate these terms. Upon termination, you must stop using Radiant and delete all copies from your devices. Sections regarding warranty, liability, and restrictions survive termination.
